Habeora AI Solutions Private Limited (“Habeora”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect and retain personal information when you use our website, products, AI services, WhatsApp services, communication services, digital products and related services.

1. Digital Product License

Unless otherwise stated, each purchase of a Habeora digital product grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for the purchaser’s own business purposes.

2. Permitted Use

The purchaser may use the product for:

internal business operations;
authorised business activities;
authorised client work where expressly permitted by the applicable product license.

3. Restrictions

Unless expressly authorised in writing by Habeora, the purchaser may not:

resell the product;
redistribute the product;
share the product publicly;
sublicense the product;
reproduce the underlying templates;
publish the product as their own;
create a competing product substantially based on the product;
remove copyright or ownership notices;
reverse engineer proprietary systems where prohibited by law.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Habeora products remain with Habeora or its licensors.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, source code ownership or other intellectual property rights to the purchaser.

5. Templates and Business Tools

Google Sheets templates and similar business tools may require manual configuration or third-party services.

Habeora does not guarantee that every product will work with every third-party system or future version of a third-party service.

6. Team Use

A license intended for a single user or business may not be shared across unrelated businesses or users unless the applicable product specifically permits such use.

Team or multi-user licensing may be purchased where available.

7. Violations

Habeora may suspend or revoke access where a customer materially violates the applicable license.

Where permitted by law, license violations may also result in termination without refund.

8. Ownership

No purchase transfers ownership of Habeora’s underlying intellectual property, technology, templates, software, systems, branding or proprietary methods.
